Heather Gross, MS CCC-SLP, RYT is a vocal therapist, singing voice specialist, and vocal coach, specializing in gender affirming and trauma informed voice. In addition to her licensure in speech pathology, she is a certified vocologist from the National Center for Voice and Speech, Certified Contemporary Voice Teacher, Certified Transformational Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
Heather’s vocal method combines her own experience as a lifelong vocalist with evidence-based voice therapy, voice coaching techniques, and somatic work, including yoga, breathwork, mindful movement practices, manual laryngeal therapy, and mindfulness. This holistic approach, which emphasizes the connection between the voice, body, and mind, is designed to uncover the authentic voice within by unlocking physical and emotional tension in the vocal apparatus and connecting clients with their inherent sense of self.
Heather has extensive experience guiding singers, speakers, voice over artists, comedians, and stage actors across various performance mediums, including film and television. She has conducted vocal workshops and continuing education courses worldwide, collaborating with universities, theater programs, and speech pathology initiatives.
Heather has also shared her expertise at national wellness retreats and presented her research on evidence-based voice techniques and cultural sensitivity practices for the gender-expansive community at industry-leading conferences, including ASHA (The American Speech and Hearing Association) and The Voice Foundation.

Voice comes with no fast miracles, but if you want someone understanding, sensitive, and deeply knowledgeable of the voice--especially trans speaking and singing voices--please seek her out. You will not find someone better."
"I am so fortunate to work with the professionals I work with, and if I had known I would have the opportunity to work with someone like you, I would not have lived in fear of becoming who I am for all of those years.”
